The Seminole Park Housing Development is a gated community located east of US 441. This area was leased as a mobile home park until 2020, when the lease was terminated and the site was cleared to construct new residential units to support the Council's desire to bring back Tribal Members to the Reservation. The area north of Sunset Drive has been developed to accommodate seventy-five (75) new single-family homes. The area south of Sunset Drive now accommodates 103 Townhomes in 14 multi-family buildings.

Seminole Park Single-Family Homes
The 30-acre parcel north of Sunset Drive has been developed to accommodate 75 single-family homes located on 1/4 acre lots. Each single-family lot is approximately 90' by 120'. The single-family dwellings are either 3, 4, or 5 bedroom units and range from approximately 2,100 square feet to 3,500 square feet. Tribal Members had a selection of Lennar home models to choose from. Construction of the new Single Family Homes that were built by Lennar started in March 2020 and was completed in November 2021.

Seminole Park Townhome Development
The 12-acre parcel south of Sunset drive provides 103 townhomes units located in 14 buildings. The units are 2-stories with approximately 2,200 square feet with 3 and 4 bedroom models. The development also includes amenities such as a playground, open space, fenced lanai's, and guest parking.
Construction of the new Townhome project started in March 2020 and was completed April 2021.
