The Flowing Well Housing Development Phase 1 property is located on the Brighton Reservation.
The property is approximately 99 acres and is located east of Flowing Well Road and west of Frank Huff Road. Phase 1 consists of forty-(40) rental homes on ¼-acre lots. An additional thirty-(30) home will be available for homesite ownership, which will be located on one-acre lots. The community will be gated and will provide common areas for amenities such as a playground, open space, and a lake. The single-family home buildings will range from approximately 2,100 square feet to 3,500 square feet. Tribal Members have a selection of Lennar home models to choose from.
Construction of the rental homes has started, and as of August 2021, twenty-four (24) homes were under construction.
The remaining thirty-(30) homesites will be built in clusters to avoid construction around completed homes to facilitate move-in. All 30 homes on a one-acre lot are scheduled for completion by the 3rd quarter of 2022.
